IGD10 Zines for you to download and distribute

A ‘zine is a small pamphlet made out of a piece of 8.5” x 11” paper. You can make your own—here are some instructions and a bit of zine history:

• Make Your Own Zine PDF

  • Briefly describes the history of zines as an effective means of trusted  communication, the reasons behind this effectiveness, shows some examples of zines and suggests/encourages getting involved in making your own.

Here are some zines already created for you:

• Fascism in America PDF

  • Defines Fascism and points out parallels today.  Trump and Hitler birthday parades shown.

• Everywhere All the Time Ideas PDF

  • Encourages  persistence through resistance and includes an extensive list of suggested action(s) that can be done, ranging from simple actions at home        to major protests.  The intent is to be engaged all the time in resistance.

• Rep. Mike Collins Sold U.S. Out PDF

  • Post “Big Beautiful Bill” passage, personal stories of impact of BBB yet Collins’s continued support. Collins run for Senate.

• Resist—Let’s Do It! PDF

  • Describes recent Trump action against democracy, notes recent polling against Trump, defines “3.5% Rule,” suggests easy ways to get involved, and        notes action available through Indivisible.

• The Authoritarian Playbook PDF

  • Describes the telling attributes of an authoritarian regime and notes by examples that Trump is following the playbook exactly.

• Relational Canvassing Builds Power PDF

  • Describes recent Trump action against democracy, defines the “3.5% Rule” and highlights “Relational Canvassing” with friends and acquaintances as        an easy and fun way to build power.

• A Nation of Immigrants PDF

  • Highlights our common values as Americans, our immigrant backgrounds, and Trump’s attempt to divide us.

• Charlie Kirk in His Own Words PDF

  • Includes numerous quotes directly attributed to Kirk that illustrate his hateful and racist messages.

• Trump and Human Trafficking PDF

  • Describes widespread budget cuts and investigative cutbacks by the Trump regime on trafficking efforts in general.  Illustrates universal hand signal of            distress.

• The Paper Clip Campaign PDF

  • Provides examples of symbols used by resistance groups throughout history to signify solidarity, focuses on paper clips used in Norway during WW II, and suggests their use today as the symbol of solidarity against the Trump regime.

• Wealth Inequality in the US PDF

  • Illustrates using graphs what Americans think a fair distribution of wealth should be versus what they think it actually is today. Compares these assumptions to the drastic reality of wealth distribution today.

• What is INDIVISIBLE? PDF

  • Describes Indivisible, the community it provides, and the many opportunities offered where one can find one’s own way to resist Trump.

• Trump’s Promises Kept? PDF

  • Describes ways that Trump and MAGA have not followed through on their promised policies but rather are hurting Americans every day.

• Special Election HD121 PDF

  • Announces/defines a Special Election and the importance of every vote, briefly includes information about candidate Eric Gisler.

• It’s the Same Old Story Again PDF

  • Includes a brief history of the complaints against King George III in 1776 and the resulting lead-up to the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Notes          direct similarities between the colonists’ complaints against the King and the same actions that the Trump regime is doing today. Calls for proud Patriots    to engage in a second (non-violent) revolution.
